Struggling to blog and even write in my journal. My mind is traveling 100 MPH and still nothing. I have tons that I want to say, but can’t. Nothing is there. Idle time kills me. My mind constantly goes back to putting Mom in the hospital for a compression fracture in her back and next thing I am at her funeral. WTF! Then it goes to I moved her in with me to get her away from the doctors in Vandalia, and what the hell did the Sparta doctors/hospital do? Again WTF! Or WHY? And many many WHAT IF’S?
Tomorrow Renee, Ivan’s wife, will go into the hospital for another type of chemo. The kind she has been getting hasn’t been working at all. The only thing I know about this round of chemo is it contains mustard gas. Pretty harsh. I ask that you all keep Renee in your prayers and thoughts.
Renee lost her battle with cancer this morning at 6:15 AM surrounded by family. The night before when her brother Gary arrived from Iraq, she greeted him with a great big smile and hug. Please keep Ivan, Jeremy, and Heather in your prayers.
Ivan's wife, Renee was sent home yesterday and now in the care of Hospice and her family. The last round of chemo didn't work.
Love and miss you so much. Get to spend your birthdays with Mom again. Give her a kiss for me and Mom give one right back to Dad. Love you! Your spoiled rotten little brat.
